We work hard to package the orders in the most eco-friendly way possible, by using recycled and recyclable packaging, and reducing package size wherever we can.

By increasing the number of orders we send as Royal Mail Large Letters from 55% to 85% in 2025,
we have reduced the average carbon emissions from our deliveries by approximately 45%!

Based on our 2025 sales,
we saved an estimated 36.45kg of CO₂e annually
compared with our previous shipping mix. Averaged across all our orders for the year, our carbon emissions were approximately 50g CO₂e per order, compared to the average 165g CO₂e of a small parcel!
